I'm Assistant Professor of Clinical Emergency Medicine at SUNY Downstate College of Medicine and the Fellowship Director of Emergency Ultrasound at Maimonides Medical Center.
I finished my residency at Maimonides Medical Center followed by a fellowship in emergency ultrasound at Harvard medical school/Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
I have published a number of peer reviewed studies in clinical emergency ultrasound in addition to trauma and critical care and simulation. My field of interest is ultrasound simulation, medical education, regional anesthesia and advanced cardiac ultrasound and I am the director of the regional conference "BlockCamp" held every spring at Maimonides Medical Center that focuses on teaching reigonal anesthesia.
