Baihui is a second-year diagnostic medical physics resident at the University of Chicago. She received her doctoral degree in engineering physics at Tsinghua University in China. Later, she worked as a postdoctoral fellow at Massachusetts General Hospitals and Harvard Medical School. She focused on medical image reconstruction, AI-based super-resolution image processing on portable photon-counting CT, and ultrasound imaging performance evaluation using hypoechoic spherical phantom. She enjoys reading, shopping, and home decor diy projects in her spare time.
