Erica C Blustein is an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at Washington University School of Medicine. She completed her Emergency Medicine residency and chief residency at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas, followed by her Emergency Ultrasound fellowship at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, MN. She was exposed to both resuscitative TEE (rTEE) and regional anesthesia as an ultrasound fellow, and both are her passions within Emergency Ultrasound as a whole. She has taught on a national scale for both rTEE and regional anesthesia, and is working with implementation projects and research in both subjects in her role at Washington University.
