Sean Sousae, BS, CRA, RDMS, RVT, is the Clinical Ultrasound Supervisor at Phoenix Children's. With a Bachelor of Science degree and certifications as a Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA), Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS), and Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT), Sean leads and coordinates ultrasound activities across 7 locations. He advocates for “ultrasound first” in pediatric care and conducts research to enhance its impact. Sean oversees operations at the main hospital, 4 outpatient imaging centers, a standalone emergency department, and the new Arrowhead Children's Hospital. His dedication ensures ultrasound remains a cornerstone of optimal healthcare for young patients.
