Dr. Kaeley is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology and is the Division Chief, Professor of Medicine, Fellowship Program Director, and Program Director for Musculoskeletal Ultrasound at the University of Florida College of Medicine, Jacksonville. Dr. Kaeley is, first and foremost, a clinician with an empathetic problem-solving approach to patient care. His clinical interests include rheumatoid arthritis, crystalline arthropathy, spondylarthritis, lupus, and osteoporosis. He has been an invited faculty member on multiple musculoskeletal ultrasound courses and a director of many sonography courses, including the University of Florida Intermediate Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Course. His research interests include using ultrasound to evaluate inflammatory arthropathies and regional pain disorders, utilizing musculoskeletal ultrasound, and sonographic training of Rheumatologists. He was the founding president of the (USONAR) Ultrasound School of North American Rheumatologists and is a member of AIUM (American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine), American College of Rheumatology, American College of Physicians, SPARTAN (Spondyloarthritis Research and treatment network) and GRAPPA (Group for Researcher and Assessment of Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis).
