Thyroid Cancer: From Diagnosis to Surveillance

Thyroid disease is common and there have been new updates in the evaluation of thyroid nodules, post-surgical thyroid bed, and neck lymph nodes using ultrasound as the primary imaging modality. New applications and techniques, as well as TIRADS will be reviewed. There are still a lot to learn in regard to how to manage thyroid nodules, what to biopsy, and what to follow. Ultrasound also plays a crucial role in post thyroidectomy assessment for recurrence. Post-operative changes and management of recurrence will be discussed.
