Ultrasound in Fetal Interventions: Diagnostic and Therapeutic Approaches

This course aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the role of ultrasound in the diagnosis and management of fetal abnormalities, which are treated by fetal interventions, particularly monochorionic twins, neural tube defects, and placental/umbilical cord abnormalities. With a focus on the latest ultrasound techniques/ fetal interventions, this course will equip healthcare professionals with knowledge to improve outcomes for affected pregnancies. Internationally respected fetal therapy experts will lead the sessions, sharing their insights and expertise.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the pathophysiology of complicated monochorionic twin complications, neural tube defects, and diaphragmatic hernia.
