Quantitative Ultrasound for Liver Fat Quantification

This lecture would review the protocol recommended by WFUMB for accurate measurements. The confounding factors will be discussed. The protocol required for standardization of quantitative ultrasound for liver fat quantification will be presented. Results of studies confirming that the protocol is required for standardization will be discussed .
