Join our hands-on ultrasound learning lab, "Essentials of Obstetric Ultrasound," where you'll gain expertise in fetal biometry, presentation, situs, placental location, fetal heart rate, and amniotic fluid assessment during the 2nd and 3rd trimesters. This session provides practical experience with real-time scanning techniques, guided by expert instructors who will share tips to enhance accuracy and boost your confidence. Whether you're refining existing skills or building new ones, this lab offers essential tools to elevate your practice and improve patient outcomes.

Attendees will also have the option to expand their skills in the components of the standard obstetric ultrasound examination (CPT 76805) after completing the core essentials.

Learning Objectives:

  • Perform accurate fetal biometry measurements in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters using standardized ultrasound techniques.
  • Evaluate fetal presentation, placental location, and amniotic fluid volume to assess fetal well-being and detect potential complications.
  • Apply best practices and real-time scanning techniques learned in the lab to enhance accuracy and confidence in obstetric ultrasound assessments.
