Your Full Convention Registrion Includes

Badges
Register by February 22, 2025, to speed up the time needed for you to pick up your badge at the event and help the AIUM create an amazing event for you.

Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation e-mail and receipt once your registration form and payment are submitted online.

Payments and Cancellations
Registration fees are payable at the time of online registration. Both credit cards and ACH payments are accepted. Written cancellation to learn@aium.org must be received by February 27, 2025, to receive a refund of the registration fee minus a $250 administration fee. Written cancellations received after February 27, 2025, will not receive a refund. In the unlikely event that the program is canceled, seminar registration fees will be fully refunded. However, please note that the AIUM cannot be held responsible for any travel or hotel costs incurred by participants.

Videotaping, Streaming, and Photography Policy

The AIUM does not allow any unauthorized videotaping, streaming, or photography during the event except by management and its designated agents. The AIUM reserves the right to photograph, stream, or videotape any exhibits or attendee for use in promotional materials or any other AIUM publication. The AIUM may videotape educational courses for inclusion in the AIUM’s educational video program library.
